Exceptions

While we do not process refunds, we are committed to resolving any issues related to:

If your order arrives in a damaged condition or you receive the wrong product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your package. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your case and arrange a replacement if eligible.
